Knowledge Exchange Through Internship
NTAG works with international universities to foster an exchange program through which it hosts two to three interns in its programs each year. Working in the past with the Tufts University, LSHTM, UAZ, UC-Davis and others, NTAG trains interns in all aspects of program implementation, community and social mobilization, and responsive research techniques. In exchange, NTAG gains knowledge from the interns' international level experiences and theoretical and technical backgrounds. These relationships enforce NTAG's deliberate attempts to remain knowledgeable and creative as a public health organization and in turn train the next group of international health leaders in sustainable and effective program management and research.
